Our GTI team has welcomed some new members in the last month or two. I figure that we're up to about 12 regular contributors to Dinner, a mix of those who live at the motel and those who don't.
We're going to be missing a regular this week. He's a good man who's been sober now for over 2 months and we're all just fit to bust! He's away this week visiting family, something he's been talking about forever, but couldn't stay sober long enough until recently. I was honoured to drive him to the bus station.
He told one of the team recently, "You've always got one more drunk in you, but I don't know if I have one more recovery." Pray for him. Urgently. We love him and want him to succeed.
