As I write this, there is a map at the bottom of the page. It's a type of counter that shows, not how many pages of this blog were read, but how many people read it. It does this by tracking IP addresses instead of page loads. So I know the number of actual individual people who visited on any given day.
Usually, I get 5 or 6. On a good day 12.
Yesterday, the day after I posted a review of Heaven's Rehearsal, I got 38. Hmmm...
Priorities.
So I wanted to get that one off the front page and my husband, very obligingly, wrote a rather good bit on what it's like to step out and get wrecked.
